We are happy to accept returns & exchanges, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on special orders. This form may be printed, filled out, and sent with your return for faster processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. Return within 10 days, if the merchandise is returned to us within 10 calendar days after you have received it, we issue a complete refund of the amount you paid for your purchase. Therefore, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, so you can decide as soon as possible whether or not to keep your purchase.
